Kids entering grades 3 – 5 are invited to make great crafts and do fun experiments (older students entering grades 6 – 9 are included in the Tween/Teen nights). Tween Zone will meet at 7:00 pm on the following Thursdays in the Craft Room. Registration is required for each program and begins one week in advance of every program. Teen Summer Reading Program
The 2014 Teen Summer Reading Program
The Teen Summer Reading Program begins on Saturday, June7 and ends Saturday, August 2, 2014. For students entering grades 6 – 12.
For every two books you read this summer you will receive a scratch off ticket – will you be a winner? You may win a book, a dollar off your library fines, free food, or you may have to try again after you have read more books.
Each scratch off ticket will then be an entry for the Grand Prize at the end of the Summer Reading Program. Books read prior to June 7 are not eligible. The grand prize winner will be notified by August 2.
