Enjoy a free concert of traditional East European and Jewish music on Sunday, November 2 at 2:30 p.m. Violinist Steven Greenman and accordian player Walt Mahovlich are known for their passionate performances of folk music combined with virtuoso flair and technical precision.

Greenman is a multi-talented musician well-versed in a multitude of musical styles and genres, and is recognized internationally as one of the finest practitioners, composers and teachers of traditional East European Jewish Klezmer violin music in the world today.
Mahovlich has played extensively at traditional events throughout the US and Canada and has made tours of Europe. His career has included performances at the Smithsonian’s Festival of American Folklife, Jimmy Carter’s Inaugural, and the Rededication of Ellis Island, and has played in Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center.
