Get into the holiday spirit with our great line up of holiday programs for kids!
Music With Mr. Jim
Tuesdays December 9 and 16 at 10:30 am
For children of all ages with an adult. Pick up your boarding pass at the Children’s Desk 30 minutes before the program and enjoy seasonal stories and songs with Mr. Jim in the Meeting Room.
Tween Zone
This evening program is for students in grades 3-5. Every week students will make a fun craft or perform a science experiment.
December 11: Santa’s Science Lab
Registration is required and begins one week in advance of each program. Registration closes at 9:00 pm on Wednesday of each week. Programs are subject to change.
Crafternoons
Monday, December 8 at 4:00 pm
Kids in grades 5 and under may drop in the Craft Room to make glitter snow.
No registration is required but supplies are limited.
Teen Scene
Teens in grades 6-12 join us to make a craft on the following Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm in the Craft Room.
December 9: DIY Ornaments: Celebrate the holiday season and create your own ornaments!
Registration is required, and begins one week in advance of each program. Registration closes at 9 pm on Monday of each week.
North Pole Pajama Party
Saturday, December 13 at 11:00 am
Kids preschool through fifth grade may join us for holiday crafts, games and treats.
Registration is required and begins December 6. Space is limited.
Elf School
Tuesday, December 16 at 4:00 pm
Wednesday, December 17 at 4:00 pm
Thursday, December 18 at 4:00 pm
For Kids in grades K-2. Come see if you have what it takes to be an elf…we will read holiday books, play reindeer games and make crafts and treats. Registration is required and begins December 9.
Holiday Story Time at Tree City
December 17 at 10:30 am
Children of all ages are invited to join a Kent Free Library Youth Services Librarian for a special holiday themed storytime at Tree City Coffee and Pastry!
School’s Out Movie
Friday, December 26 3:00 pm
Drop in the Meeting Room to watch a seasonal movie. No registration required.
