transformHelp celebrate National Library Week from April 10 – 16!  This year’s theme is Libraries Transform, and we will be highlighting the ways libraries are not just about what we have for people, but what we do for and with people.

Increasingly, libraries are places of creativity where people of all ages can meet to share a hobby–crafting, music, reading, gardening–or can use the computer lab to create documents, presentations, and websites, or can meet new friends through volunteering. Libraries offer access to the tools and technology and training essential to the economic and cultural lives of our communities.

And visit the library often this week, because we’ll be randomly choosing a Library Patron of Day who will be showered with applause and gifts!
