Chef Giulia will provide inspiration for delicious and healthful plant-based side dishes that even novice cooks can make in their own kitchen. Helpful resources will be provided and samples of health-providing foods will be available for tasting. No food preparation will be done during the program. Based in Stow, Chef Giulia’s focus is on inspiring others to prepare meals in their own kitchens in order to eat more healthfully.
