Kent Free Library is taking part in Banned Books Week, the annual celebration of the freedom to read, with displays and a coloring contest. Libraries and schools receive challenges to items in their collections, but are committed to intellectual freedom and anti-censorship.
Check out a banned book! Some of the titles might surprise you (see a list of the Top 10 Most Challenged Books for the last few years). Also pick up a coloring sheet, enjoy coloring it, then return it for a chance to win (what else?) free new and upcoming releases!
