Enjoy a free all-ages concert with avant-garde duo IN2ATIVE.  They will perform their original compositions on the 2nd Floor balcony so music can be enjoyed throughout the building.

Although classically trained at the Cleveland Institute of Music, the vibe created by Kimberly Zaleski and Trevor Kazarian strays from the traditional flute and cello stereotype. The duo specializes in a fusion of musical genres, combining the street rhythms of beat-box with classical, rock, and electronic music, creating its own unique genre.

Currently, IN2ATIVE is part of the Musicians-in Residency Program at the Cleveland Clinic. They are also Performing and Teaching Artists on the roster of the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning Agency. They have performed at the Western Reserve Chamber Music Festival as well as a variety of other local venues.

In 2014, they won the Young Artist Initiative Competition as part of the Ohio Arts Presenters Network Conference.

No registration is required. Kent Free Library’s concert series is generously sponsored by the Friends of Kent Free Library.
