Join us at 6:30 pm for a showing of the 30 minute documentary Lines Broken: The Story of Marion Motley then meet the film’s co-producer, author David Lee Morgan, Jr., for a discussion of Canton’s own Marion Motley. Motley was the African American Cleveland Browns football player who helped integrate the NFL in 1946, a year before Jackie Robinson did the same with baseball. David Lee Morgan, Jr. is the author of an upcoming book on Marion Motley.
