Families with children between the ages of 5 and 10 years old are invited to join Kent State University’s Spanish undergraduate translation students at KFL to experience Translation Station. During this program, families will learn how translators and translated literature expands a child’s worldview and how they develop empathy for other cultures. The program will include interactive activities, a reading of a new tale translated by KSU students and a showcase of translated children’s books.
Translation Station is organized by Kent State’s Spanish undergraduate translation students in association with the Kent Free Library.
