Students currently taking musical instrument lessons that are age 17 and under may sign up to play in a concert at the library. All skill levels are encouraged to participate. A piano will be available. Students may play up to two pieces.Registration required, begins Mar 16.
Get ready for the eclipse by looking at the sun safely with special equipment including a Coronado solar telescope and adult-sized sunoculars. Stop by the table in the parking lot to try out the tools and learn more about the eclipse. Learn more about viewing the eclipse safely. All ages. 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No registration required. Repeated on Thursday, March 21; Tuesday, March 26; and Thursday, March 28.
Join in on the Total Eclipse (April 8!) excitement by spending some time learning what solar eclipses are all about! During this one hour program we will explore eclipses together, in a kid friendly way, with the goal of gaining some understanding of this once in a lifetime phenomenon! For families with children in grades K – 5. Please only register for one time slot of this program.

The Barefeet Dance Tribe is a traditional and modern African dance movement group in Kent. They will be leading a program about different cultures and dance forms. Put on some comfy clothes and join us for a fun dance class. For adults 18+. Registration is required and begins Monday, March 4 at 9:00 am.
