Library book clubs are held in the Bumphrey Room and do not require registration. Pick up a book at the Check Out desk a few weeks before the discussion; some books may also be available in digital format. Book clubs are for adults ages 18+.

Our new Silent Book Club brings readers together! There’s no required reading–just bring a good book and read it in companionable silence while enjoying coffee or a snack. After 45 minutes of quiet reading, you can stay and socialize, get and share some reading recommendations, or be on your way! Registration is requested, but drop ins are welcome.
The basic schedule:
2:00 – 2:15 pm: Arrival, purchase snacks, and welcome
2:15 – 3:00 pm: Quiet reading
3:00 – 4:00 pm: Optional socializing or more reading (the Cafe closes at 4:00)
