Teens taking a selfiePersonality Typing for Teens

Sunday, February 10 at 2:00 pm

Who do you think you are? Come find out at the library with personality testing to help you find your Myers Briggs type (look it up!). Knowing which one of the 16 personality types you fall into (I’m an INFP) not only shows you what your strengths are, but also helps you identify what things stress you out and how you can work to eliminate them.  Recommended for people who like horoscopes, magazine quizzes, and acronyms. For teens in grades 9-12.

Registration is required and begins one week in advance of each session. Registration closes at 5 pm the Saturday before each program.

Person doing yogaGuided Meditation for Teens

Sunday, April 7 at 2:00 pm

You’re sitting on a white sand beach, the sun warming your face. You listen to the sound of the waves as they ebb and flow, breathing with their rhythm. The blue sky and ocean consume your field of vision… There. Don’t you feel better already? There’s a lot to be anxious about these days, so come unwind with some guided meditation that can help you de-stress, re-energize, and focus on the positive. Recommended for people who like sitting, breathing, and closing their eyes. For teens in grades 9-12.

Registration is required and begins one week in advance of each session. Registration closes at 5 pm the Saturday before each program.
