Librarians at the Information Desk can assist you with questions about using the library’s digital services, as staffing permits. Librarians can answer questions about using:
- The catalog
- Research Databases, including Learning Express Library and Rosetta Stone
- The Ohio Digital Library
Librarians are not able to assist in completing applications or forms that involve personal information such as social security numbers, making online purchases, paying bills, banking, filling out tax forms, troubleshooting or training to use or update personal computers or other devices, or typing or editing documents.
